Full Tuition Scholarship Schools?

<p>Hey, I’m a Junior in HS this year in Naperville, IL and I’m looking to go to school for Civil Engineering. My weighted gpa is 3.72, unweighted is 3.39. I take the real ACT for the first time this Saturday, but guessing on my practice ACTs I will likely get around a 31 (I’m taking it more than once, so ill keep trying). I’m going to need a major scholarship, and I know University of Alabama would offer me full tuition + $2,500 a year for 4 years. Does anyone know any other schools that would do something similar? I’d like to have as many options as I can.</p>

<p>Ranked #5 for Civil Engineering and is great for engineering in general. Tuition is free to accepted students. The only downside is the acceptance rate!
