Fun, Friendly Environment

Hey, I’ve done alot of research, but I’ve yet to find the “perfect school.” I really want a fun, friendly, energetic, creative and NON-CLIQUEY environment. I want to meet neat and interesting people who go out of their way to be friendly. I want an upbeat environment where I can grow as a person…so here are my stats…

GPA: 92.9 Unweighted 95.6 Weighted
SAT: 570CR/690M/640W
Top 15% of Student Body
E/C’s: Solid List, lot’s of community service, Honor’s Society, etc.

So, where would I fit in?

Guess I should add that I’m interested in Engineering or CompSci…Probably changes alot, lol.

well when i read your first post reed came to mind. but they dont offer engineering. so maybe u chicago? have you looked into that school?

I have, but based on my stats, SAT scores especially, it’s quite a stretch.

i found this on another thread. maybe it will help you.

Thanks, those are the types of schools I’m looking for :] So I have a base list:

University of Michigan Ann Arbor
Georgia Institute of Technology
Rochester Institute of Technology
Northeastern University
Skidmore College Cooperative Engineering Program with Dartmouth College
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
SUNY Binghamton
SUNY Buffalo
University of Chicago
Lafayette College
Bucknell College
Villanova University
University of Rochester

These are just some, and some of them are heavy tech schools that may not have the exact environment that I want, but I just want a welcoming environment. I can get along with all sorts of people, I just don’t want a school where people are depressed/****ed off so it hurts the social atmosphere…Any opinions?
