I find it funny hwo PSU is ranked top-20 for sooo many different programs, and yet it seems to be used only as a last-ditch safety school for so many on this board
(and im havent even mentioned all the other good things aout the school)

I don know it just seems wierd to me. I think from being on this board so much Im almost brain-washed into believing PSU is subpar :P

Am I the only one that has PSU as one of my top choices? And you, did you get accepted already? What were your stats, and when did you send app?

Yeah i was accepted

PSU was absolutely top choice for me

Penn State was my "safty’ but that is because comparing my stats with the people who have gotten in the past two years from my school it seemed like i was getting in. So far it is the only school i have been accepted to. I got into the sapphire thing which honestly i did not expect but it is really too expensive for me. I mean i might go to penn state over maryland but I live in maryland, it is cheaper, i have loved maryland and its teams for years, its near my entire family, and it worth going to if i save 15+ a year
