Future applicant, any advice?

Hello all! Sorry for the literature but I would really appreciate any advice!

I’m currently a junior at International School in Bellevue, Washington. Over the past couple of months, I have really taken a liking to Carnegie Mellon University. (At this moment in my life, it will probably be my first choice school).

I have taken my SAT once, and I will be taking it again in March. I will also be taking the ACT in April.
I have taken AP World History, and scored a 3 (back when College wasn’t the first thing on my mind :P).
I’m currently taking AP Chemistry, AP German, AP Literature, AP Calculus, AP US History as my AP classes. I plan on taking AP tests for all 5 of these this coming May. My over all GPA among my Freshman, Sophomore, and current Junior year is about a 3.87.

I have also taken honors classes throughout Freshman and Sophomore year; they are integrated into our school curriculum.

I plan on taking the SAT Math 2 and SAT Chemistry this coming June.

Some extra things about me:
I’m an Asian American
I have close to 200 community service hours
I’m a current member of National Honor Society
I’ve been on Roots and Shoots since Freshman year and will continue until I graduate
Minimal Sports that are School-Affiliated
I have been on our school’s science club since Freshman year, and will plan on being a member until I graduate.
I was a part of MUN and JSA for Freshman and Sophomore year, but I got too busy to keep up all my clubs.

I’m not sure how much of the information above is relevant to the application process, but I felt it would be a nice way for you guys to see a general view.

Are there any suggestions as to what I should do in the next 7 months to increase my likelihood of being accepted (not that I’m saying my chances are high at the moment)? Any feedback from the community would be really helpful.
