Im no expert but I think IIC and physics would be more important for an engineer and more indicative than an SAT I. I am also a prospective engineer. I am just thinking sensibly but this may not be accurate.
Which shows you are better at engineering, success on a test of prehighschool math or doing well on precalc and physics tests? If you can do better on the SAT2s thats probably better but get a 2nd opinion. I know some schools require the IIC like MIT and they might see the IIC as more important in some ways.

To where are you applying? Two reasons I ask: (a) a number of schools that require SAT II’s accept only through the December test dates (and thus you should check with the particular college); (b) most colleges neither require nor rely on SAT II’s. If you feel a retake is needed, and three II’s are required by the college, then all three of those are important , so it is difficult to choose which two to retake but the II’s would be the choice over another SAT I.
