FWS category for ILR

Can an FWS for ILR be in any category including AG/science type classes or do they have to be in A & S?

Stop worrying. Your son or daughter can figure it out on their own.

I know Cayuga, but there is a lack of clarity on how many total credits you can take in A &S or must take in arts and sciences, like the FWS, without additional charges as out of state parents.

I’m pretty sure that the FWS can be in any department, regardless of your college.

Thank you CountryAngel.

Now that’s a fair question for a parent because it deals with finances.

When I was a student I believe the limit was 34 credits before you had to pay. But that was for in-state students. And the Econ and FWS courses were excluded. Best bet is to just call the registrar’s office to see what it may be for out of state students.
