G-D question?

<p>Because it is forbidden to desecrate G-d and if you write it out and then need to throw that piece of paper out or erase it, you’re desecrating it.</p>

<p>It’s a Jewish thing. The Jewish faith forbids spelling out the name “God.” So, religiously observant Jews write “G-d.”</p>
