I know my gpa is going to hurt me. I do go to a hard school that’s top 5 in the state if that helps at all…probably not. Ga Tech would be my dream school but it’s gotten so hard to get into these days. Also, would it be better to apply early when the acceptance rate is higher or regular decision in which I’d be able to improve some stats.

Yes, it would be better to apply early. As you said, it’s the GPA that might hurt you. Otherwise, you seem like a match for these schools.
