<p>I’m an Arizona resident and the State President of Arizona DECA, a non-profit student organization. I had the pleasure of meeting Congresswoman Giffords over the summer; I was so impressed by her kindness and her enthusiasm. After researching her political history during the following weeks, I had begun telling my friends and family that she was going to be President someday.</p>
<p>I’m also a Cornell applicant, so I really feel a connection to Gabby. I wish her the best.</p>
