Gano Excel?Other MLM business?

I’m not here to debate the validity of the products. I’m not here to tell people they shouldn’t try to make money the best way they can. I understand sometimes these home-based businesses are the best options for moms trying to care for families.

I am here to tell you from the perspective of a friend, that if you ask me three times to sell your stuff—or “show me how you’re finally making big money”—and I say no three times----then let it go, or you’ll find I don’t answer your e-mails. I don’t pick up when the caller ID says it’s you, and I sure as heck don’t call you to invite you over for dinner.

I get it. The only way you make money is to bring in more people. I get that you have to try more than once, be a little aggressive, and give it your all. I understand you think you can’t take no for an answer. You need to understand that while I might like to make money, I loathe meetings. I loathe selling things. I loathe inviting people to my house to buy things. Have I ever invited you to a candle party, or a pampered chef party? no. Nothing wrong with those things, I just am not interested in entertaining that way.

So, I have four friends on Facebook trying to get me to sell various things, and I’m about to wield the un-friend wand. Some of you might want to consider this when pushing your friends because it might cost you a friendship.
