GAP or Prereqs?

I decided that UCLA isn’t a good fit for me so I will no longer plan for their prereqs which leaves me with six free classes to take whatever UC transferable I please. I can’t decide if I should
A) use the free classes to finish iEGTC and prereqs by the end of fall. OR
B) Take easy GAP boosting classes and just finish my IEGTC in the spring.

Suggestions?

Gpa not gap! Damn autocorrect!

Depends on the school you want to, and the major you want to apply for. If you’re in an impacted major, then prereqs are a must. I would take as many prereqs as possible if I were you. Once you transfer, you don’t want to be limited from your core major classes because you didn’t take prereqs at your CC.

Get your Math and English out of the way by the end of Fall if you haven’t already (especially Math). Then add as many GPA boosters as possible for Fall (they won’t see Spring).

Math and English will long done and so will all major prereqs. The only thing left would be to finish just the IGETC or boost GPA. Once I get to wherever I end up I won’t be limited in any way. I’m leaning more for GPA boosters. I’m going to be apply as a Poli Sci or Media Studies (Communications) major to Cal and TAG to UCSD.

I would definitely go with GPA boosters if you are done with Math, English, and pre-reqs.
