Hi guys,
I’m taking a gap year this year. I graduated from high school as a valedictorian on June 2015! And currently I’m applying to universities. And I wanted to know if there are any other gap year students this year! I would love to know what you guys are doing this year!
A lil info about me:

Gender:M
Future major: computer science
I personally learned how to cook a variety of foods! I didn’t even know how to fry eggs before my gap year!
I learned how to iron clothes, wash my clothes,sew, and do other housework. ( I didn’t do much of this during High school years , as my mom did these for me, and now I’m trying to become as independent as possible for my future years)
I’m currently learning Java to create Android apps
learned html,css,JavaScript in the past 3 months
prep’d for a month before taking the dec sat test
made a few youtube tutorials related to computers
gonna take sat subj tests on jan ( will prep soon)
probably will travel on february to usa
gonna volunteer or do some intern program from march-may
june-july im off to my country
rest i’m not sure
What are you guys doing? 
p.s : on the essay on the common app , is it okay to state that i played videogames quite a bit during my gap year? i think it might hurt my admission chance? what do you guys think?
