<p>Anyone here planning on taking a year off before college? I’ve been considering spending a year either trying to work/travel in Europe or working in the City Year program (affiliated with AmeriCorps–their web site is <a href=“http://www.cityyear.org)%5B/url%5D”>http://www.cityyear.org)</a>.</p>

<p>Haha, word. There are programs whereby you can get temporary work permits for foreign countries, though, so that’ll pay for part of it–as for the rest, that’s what my current job money is for!</p>
