Ok, so decision-day is tomorrow and I’m terrified of getting rejected by all of the 7 remaining Ivy League schools I applied to (already got rejected from Stanford, Yale SCEA, MIT, and UChicago). In the event that this happens, would I be able to take a gap year off an reapply next year?

Did you not have any safety schools?

I got into the University of Florida but I really do want to go ivy

I mean I guess I have solid stats and credentials, but all these rejections have terrified me tremendously

I’d say just go with University of Florida. It’s not a bad school by any stretch of the imagination. I’ve already committed to a local university’s flagship (CUNY Macaulay), and while I am not exactly thrilled, I know that I have 4 years to have the best experience possible.
