a little confused- on the website garcia says to get a recommensation from your science COORDINATOR. does this mean science teacher? i have no clue what a science coordinator is…

@Dfalcon123 The application deadline for this summer has well passed – I think it was in February off of the top of my head.
I didn’t apply but have friends who did and one who made it.
Most schools have a science research coordinator who advises students for majors projects like Siemens. Go to the chairperson of your science department and ask who that individual would be.
My friend that got in had our science chairwoman write a rec, not the research coordinator so I’m sure you’ll be fine if you take either route.

Don’t worry. They’re accustomed to doing this sort of thing. Get one or two from science teachers you know as well.
