<p>How is the group work for 1a with Garnder? How much of it is there? How much time does it take up? Is it the type of work where you all have to be in the same room, or can you correspond with email? How difficult is it? Do you just find groupmates on your own? </p>
<p>I ask because I have a lot of other commitments outside of school, and my schedule is usually a mess. If worse comes to worse, can I just do the group work alone on my own time?</p>

<p>if i remember, she asks you to get into groups of 8 on the first day of class. you pretty much stick with that group for all projects. There arent that many… youre supposed to research a specific industry, choose 8 companies (one for each person), compile them, then write a short group paper. In my experience, a few of my group members didnt even meet up with us, but we still did well. its not worth a lot… focus on the midterm and final.</p>
