<p>Today is literally the scariest day of my life.</p>
<p>I’m actually relaxed. I do not even expect hearing from them today. I figure it’ll take a while for me to receive the package or rejection letter.</p>
<p>A list of the 2011 Gates Scholars should be posted on the website tomorrow? My cousin is a previous Gates Scholar and he told me the 16th.</p>
<p>The GMS website posted 2010 Scholars on 4/22 last year.</p>
<p>did they mail it out yesterday or today?</p>

<p>She works for the post office. So instead of anxiously waiting for the mail, she’s gonna call her friend at my PO so we can go pick it up!</p>

<p>I think we should all understand that it doesn’t take a short time for the letters to come. It varies by state, so I’m hoping I receive something one day this upcoming week.</p>

<p>I have leadership positions of 4 clubs at school and I do a bunch of other things. Two of the clubs are community service clubs so I have a lot of hours, idk how many though cause I don’t really keep count. </p>
<p>I don’t think I’m going to get it, but I’m hopeful. I’m pell grant eligible but my EFC is on the higher end.</p>
<p>my efc is not exactly low either… its like 2800+ i have leadership positions in school, and church… i doubt if im gettin it… so instead of hoping for the best im ready for the worst… whatever happens… its been a honor to be a finalist…</p>
