<p>Ok here my dilema. I won GMS which promise to pay for all loans and unmet need. I just recieve my new financial aid from BC which include in GMS award. However, BC doesn’t take out the Stafford Loan that GMS suppose to pay. Instead they took out the grant which they gave me, and GMS had made it clear that they would only pay loan and i quote “Your university SHOULD NOT withdraw it grant”. I had told my financial aid officer regarding the policy of GMS. I want to know is there anyone here who are attending BC and is a GMS scholar and have samilar problem. How did you resolve it? Because right now I am in between two hard places that wont budge…ugh!</p>
