I received the finalist letter and request for the 0-5 docs today in mail.</p>

<p>Well i didnt get an 0-5 document message. It just said letter has been sent and please wait 2 weeks. I still have hope , i really dont want to take this message so seriously</p>

<p>@margiem315 - Nope everything was 100% accurate, I mean my transcript will have one lower grade (B) because when I reported the scores, I only had the first term grade to go off of.</p>

Anyone know how many applicants there were? And what our chances are if we’re finalists?</p>
<p>I’m a Hispanic from Texas too… does that mean they have already sent Finalist letters to Texas? The anxiety is killing me! Aghhhh.</p>

<p>@dental second round is another waiting process. They select the final 500 scholars. :)</p>
<p>Not sure if this applies to African Americans or Hispanics but my Asian letter was from Washington D.C. So if there are any Asians out there on the West Coast, do not fret, your letters are coming :)</p>

<p>@Dental I’m sorry, I meant 500 from each ethnic background. Then the final 250 are selected. So a total of 1000 scholars. :)</p>
<p>I hope they have not finished sending letters in Texas. But if I don’t get it by tomorrow I would have officially lost hope.</p>
<p>If anyone here is from Washington, pleeeeasee post if you got a letter or email or anything. I know west coast applicants usually get theirs later, but I’m just super anxious. I got the letter in the mail message, so I promise to post whether I’m a finalist or not. Cross your fingers for me! :}</p>
