Gave my CC Transcript, mistakenly forgot to give my HS transcript

Hi,

I am a CC transfer student with a 3.1 GPA going to UCSC for Biochemsitry. I sent in my CC transcript to UCSC right on July 14. When I went to myucsc I noticed their were two academic records needed, one saying completed and the other still being required. The only difference in this links were the schools listed. I then noticed that they wanted my high school transcript and that confused me a lot.

I didn’t have the appropriate amount of time to send these transcripts because I was waiting to hear back from an appeal I made to UCSB which took till the end of June. If I didn’t have to wait for the appeal, I would had been better off because I would of caught this mistake earlier, by sending the transcripts earlier.

What do you think will happen and what do you suggest I should do?

I tried calling admissions, but they’re closed on the weekends

Just send your HS transcript in ASAP and let them know on Monday that it’s on it’s way.

With all due respect, in the future, don’t try to make excuses for screwing up and blame it on another souce (ie. "I was waiting for an appeal and blah blah I didn’t know or else I would have sent it etc.). At this point, you need to learn to take ownership of your mistakes.

Everyone messes up, just take responsibility for it.
