<p>how big is UPenn’s GCC population? (Gulf Cooperation Council) UPenn is on my top 10, but the small things might help me filter them into a top 5 if I have to, its just a nicer feeling when you have people from the same region/language, makes it feel like home much faster :D</p>

<p>Dont assume I dislike jewish people,because infact 3 of my closest friends were caucasian jews (moved this year)!</p>
