I was just wondering how GE classes compare to AP courses in High school. I guess i’m asking how difficult are they?

It depends on your professor! It depends on the rigor of your AP courses!

http://www.bruinwalk.com for starters

There’s an EASY GE LIST thread floating around on this forum. So yea check it out!

It also depends on what major you are. I find that engineering students look forward to GE’s (i.e. north campus classes :p) as a bit of a break, as they don’t, in general, compare to the difficulty of engineering physics or math classes- this is probably true for many majors, actually. Also, the science GE’s like Astro 3 and Astro 5 are easy ones.

where is the easy ge thread.

search.

lycos, go get it.

A rough distached analogy would be a medium-leveled High School elective x 1.5 difficulty.
