GE Requirements for 1987 HS Graduate?

Confusion abounds within this late-starting college student…

I’m in the process of applying to 4-year universities, but am having trouble trying to figure out if I have met the GE requirements of ANY of the colleges I’m applying to.

I graduated in 1987, but have only been able to find information for students who have graduated in 1988 or later. What’s the difference for a student who graduated PRIOR to that?

I seem to remember hearing that I wouldn’t need to fulfill the foreign language requirement, but it was a long time ago when I heard that.

Can anyone help to clear up what the differences would be between students who graduated in 1988 or later, and one who graduated prior to 1988?
