Kids who are bad at planning, don’t have their priorities in order, live in the moment, etc. are exactly the ones who are likely to need Plan B. (And exactly the ones who shouldn’t be having kids.) So realistically, is that population going to get on the internet, look up free family planning services, figure out how to get to Planned Parenthood on the bus, find a free afternoon to make the trip, and execute the plan within 24 hours of having unprotected sex? It just isn’t likely. But they may take a pill if they can get it at school.

<p>I completely agree. It will be interesting to see what effect this program actually has on the teen pregnancy rates. As in, will these at risk kids actually avail themselves of the plan B?</p>
<p>Well perhaps they will make using condoms popular?
