<p>i’m applying for the GEMS AEOP program, but I don’t know whether to go for the itnermediate or advanced internship. Here are the pro’s and con’s for those who haven’t heard of the program:</p>

<p>Intermediate</p>

<p>2 weeks
$300 pay
250-500 word essay
applicants chosen mostly from website (application source for people who haven’t been to the program before)</p>

<p>Advances</p>

<p>4 weeks
$1,000 pay
500 word essay
applicants mostly chosen from former atendees and SEAP applicants</p>

<p>I have not been to the program before, and am leaning towards the advanced internship even though the competition will be tough. Is there anyone on this site that has been to either on of the programs and can tell me how easy/hard it is to get into each one?</p>

<p>I was thinking about applying there last summer. My sister goes to WPI, so I’ll try and ask her for some info. I’ll post back later with some information :)</p>
