"General Correspondence"

…that just appeared under the “Admissions Documents Received” column. What does this mean? Secret chats with my guidance counselor?

Yes… sexual chats…

I have the same thing and it was right after I faxed them a letter based on my mid-year grade report. So maybe they talked to my guidance counselor about it…I don’t know!

lolz!!..it might be the case if ur counselor is hot!!

Yeah the same thing happened to me but with my midyear report I also sent an update of my senior year, so I am pretty sure that is what a general correspondence is.

oh wow I’m such an idiot…I completely forgot that I had sent them a letter detailing some stuff I’ve done since I sent my application. It was so recent that I had not taken it into consideration. Honestly I didn’t hink it would get there that fast/they’d read it at all.

I think its talks with guidance councilor. I found out from my Guidance Councilor on a monday afternoon that CMU had called her to discuss my current senior year classes (I was kinda… borderline of getting in… we can say…)

I think it may just be talks with guidance councilor… :-S Hope she likes you

I don’t think that a general correspondence has to be a talk with the Guidance Counselor because general correspondence appeared on my Where Am I in the Process, and I am fairly sure that CMU has not talked to my Counselor since I was just in to see him Wednesday and he told me that one of my other schools called him, but not CMU.

well it showed up for me today.
