I didn’t listen to this but here’s it’s title - Why 75% of Engineers Will NEVER Work as Engineers | Deep Dive into Numbers.

Note the word never is all caps.

Edit: just looked at the video. It is about the labour market in Canada with respect to engineering graduates there. So not necessarily the same as the US.
