What are the perks of singles / doubles / triples / quads / suites respectively?

singles: you don’t have to mind your other roomies when you have overnight guests

the chance of being locked out graphed against # of roomies forms a parabola with the lowest point at doubles and triples, since it’s pretty easy to ask your roomie to open the door for you when you get locked out (and unlike in the next scenario, they’ll know when you step out of the room quickly). It goes up again because they’re more likely to forget that you propped the door open because you just needed to quickly use the bathroom and lock the door as soon as they leave the room.

Single= Can do whatever you want without worrying about someone else. Can also do more private things much more easily.

Doubles= If you get roomed with someone you get along with (many of the people I know did, myself included) its like having a built in friend, and it may be easier to socialize for you.

Triple= I guess triples are cheaper. Thats the only benefit I see.

Suite= If its a suite with singles, well then you can have your own privacy, and be able to socialize more easily. If its with doubles, same as with the regular double situation, only you get more people to more easily socialize with in a common room.
