General SAT II Questions

Hello, everyone. I am a new member to these forums as I stumbled upon them while googling “AP Self-Study,” and I have grown rather fond of reading the thread ramblings and over-concerned paranoia. But on to the point, I am a rising junior, 1st in my class at a medium-sized Football school who wishes to do a little more. I am not interested in "is damn-near perfect score “x” good enough for school “y.” " I just want to know some general information about the SAT II.

~How much does the SAT II take to cost?~

~My school does not offer any AP science courses, and I just finished Honors Biology last semester, would it be okay, with preperation, to take the SAT II Biology E/M exam?~

Mind you, I do most of the learning on my own (I study physics and biology in times of boredom through-out the summer), so do you think this would be acceptable to take a SAT II science.

Thanks in advance,

Here’s a link with information on the fees

Oh, thank you. I never could find that fee page on the College Board’s website. Twenty dollars is not bad (considering the SAT is forty-three dollars.) By the way, I just went by B&N and picked up the Biology E/M Princeton Review; I hope it’s good. Anyone have any reviews on it?

Bump!
Can someone answer my second question (see first post)?

Thanks much

You can certainly study yourself for a SAT II, it’s just a matter of determination and discipline. Get ahead, and start studying ASAP.

don’t forget to focus on the SAT I though
