Do I have a chance in getting in to the University?

I am not familiar with TOEFL scores to know if 550 is good. Your SAT score would need to come up, though. I would think you’d need at least an 1150 on CR+M.

Thank you timely, the toefl is the test of english profeciency …
I did really bad in the CR Sectiion in the May SAT, because It is difficult for me thinking that english is not my native language.
I hope i did better y me Jun SAT.

Most aspects of admission apply relatively the same to international students and US students. One major difference though is the TOEFL and SAT in which the TOEFL can be substituted for the SAT since the SAT is unfair for non-English speakers.

Look up how your TOEFL scores compare to other students at A&M.

And, the most important criteria are GPA, class rank, and test scores

To find it, I went to [Texas A&M University](http://www.tamu.edu) and typed TOEFL into the search box. You might try doing some searching on the website to see if you can find out more.

As for your other questions, remember that the people posting on this forum are not A&M admissions officers. We are just students and parents. Most of us are not international, so we don’t know about the requirements for international students.

If you cannot find what you are looking for here or on A&M’s website, you might want to call either the Admissions Office or the International Students Office (Not sure exactly what it would be called) and ask them.
