Generally, how strict are summer programs about their students missing days?

I have been accepted into two summer programs and since one is online, I think I can do both. However, the online program does have a one week immersion at their college, which overlaps with last three days of the other program. If I want to do both, I’d have to miss the last three days of the other program.

I know that a lot of summer programs say that you are not allowed to miss any days but during the actual program, they are a lot more lenient about their rules.

So my question is, do you think I’ll be okay missing the last three days of one of my summer programs? Do you think most summer programs are lenient about their attendance policies?

I would get their permission before you enroll. What you don’t want is for them not to give you credit for the program. All of my kids’ summer programs were very strict, and we didn’t challenge them.
