<p>How much geometry is on the PSAT/SAT? Is a good course in Geometry important or is general knowledge of Geometry concepts sufficient?</p>
<p>General knowledge is plenty. A good course in geometry is definitely not necessary, but would help naturally. Most prep books do a fairly good job covering the geometry, but some do a much better job than others…</p>
<p>The SAT and PSAT test very basic geometry, but they can make it pretty tricky, so practice is important.</p>
