Hi! I’m a sophomore at a top Catholic all-girls school and I am really interested in colleges/universities in Washington D.C because I want to pursue a career in government/politics. I’m not positive of exactly what my GPA is, but it is in the high 3s unweighted. I am a competitive figure skater and play travel soccer. I’m in Model UN, Political Debate, Foreign Affairs Club, and I’m running for Student Council. I have taken challenging courses such as honors and AP classes, and will be taking 3 AP courses next year. I also have two part time jobs (one is seasonal). I also am a semi-finalist in the NSLI-Y program, currently awaiting a finalist notification (hopefully)! I hope my passion for government and politics is something important that schools will be looking for. Please help me out and let me know what my chances are!
