last year it came out on the 20th so maybe today or tomorrow?
I don’t wanna get my hopes up though because I feel like with the increased apps they will take longer than normal

they didn’t take longer for ea and they received a lot more apps.

i’m so stressed now, i realize i should have applied to NHS because it’s easier to get into and they had the same major i wanted as col.
though ea also has a shorter timeframe in which schools usually release decisions
And in the EA round they don’t reject and they’re more selective than in RD. So I’d like to think that they have to spend some more time thoroughly making a decision on borderline applicants who they could just defer EA.

Do any other EA deferred applicants still have their ‘current application’ listed as 2021 early action? Or is this a problem on my end?

They released EA this year on a Sunday
So today’s decisions day?
Could be since they released of a Friday last year. I’d venture to say no but nothing from here until april is off the table

Would they send out the email update a few minutes after the upload it? Or would they send out emails days before?
Only speaking from my experience applying early, they sent it out a bit after it was uploaded

Does anyone know in past years if Georgetown emails before decisions?

I believe that they did not email prior to decisions in the past.
Today would a awfully early in a time when they’ve received increased apps. It’s true that Georgetown has released 2-6 days early in the past EA and RD rounds, respectively, but they have a published date this year of 4/1. Releasing today would be surprising but not impossible (last year RD was Friday, 3/20, and as we all know, sometimes schools stick with similar releases year to year).

Small sample size since they’ve been mailing it out every year until last march. Looks like they released about 6:30 last year (Fri March 20th) and for Early they released like 4 I think
