I remember that you mentioned your daughter is waiting on a few more decisions. It’s important not to lose hope. Also, college admissions are unpredictable, and that each school’s decision is independent (plus this is just an astrology, so it might not be accurate). As a stduent who’s also navigating this, I’ve faced five waitlists and one rejection out of six RD applications myself. Despite feeling disheartened, I wish your daughter, myself, and all of us the best of luck!

Stay strong! This cycle has been really hard for most applicants. I’ve gotten rejected by most of the places where I applied as an URM, and hopelessness is bound to set in with dream schools like these. Something that’s helped me is transitioning into a mindset of “you’ll end up wherever is right for you.” You don’t want a school that doesn’t want you anyway.
Also, this still isn’t 100% confirmed just because it’s working for some! Hold out hope. Everything will work out in the end for you and your daughter in the end.

I get the same thing! Everyone gets this but the problem is that you can’t submit it? I really don’t want to get my hopes up but this is my dream school😭🩵🤍

I have this too - welcome to GAAP open house with pre-filled application. Are ya’ll saying that some don’t see this and others do? Or does everyone see it? I’m afraid to submit the registration.
Some can submit and get an email confirming registration, while most cannot

This is just be being paranoid, but what are the odds the AOs will get mad if I try to submit the form haha…

in the case i got accepted what if they decide to rescind it bc i tried accessing my decisions before its official release

Yes. As far as I am aware, everyone is able to access the form with their information prefilled. However, only admitted students are able to submit the form and get an email confirming their spot. This could totally mean nothing tho…

haha, i accessed the admitted student sign up page for another school before i was accepted and they certainly didn’t care, but results are only a day away so there’s no harm in waiting! i hope you get good news
