Anyone else get an email saying they were missing materials even though you received notification that faculty submitted reports via Georgetown’s online system?
accepted !
MSB!
@Itsmoose365 was it an automated email or an email that was written by someone?
@Itsmoose365 yeah i did. Just do the action they request and respond to the email professionally. Shouldn’t impact your chances (i hope)
I also received one about three-four weeks ago that asked for my professors report. I was very responsive/respectful to the admissions officer and explained that I used a former military superior in lieu of the report (allowed for veterans). They said that it was taken care of but that I should still get a report from a professor. Was able to get one in very quickly and sent back to the admissions officer.
Just like what @Collegestuff202 said, be professional and light a fire under whatever it is that they need
Written by someone. They told me no need to prove that it was sent in because they were sure that it was, and to just have the respective faculty email it to them.
TIffany Trump just committed to Georgetown Law School… greeeaaat
So what? It’s downtown, not at the main campus.
Are most of the acceptance decisions made by this point? I seems like so many people already got accepted, I’m going crazy…
Congrats!!! Would you mind sharing stats? @aurora030 . We are all super anxious to see our chances!
of course
Applying as an incoming sophomore

others: middle class/ female/ asian
I had an alumni interview in late March and the feedback should be good.
@dhdidnd I would still hold out. Only a third of May is here and decisions will be rolling for the rest of the month. I would only start to consider your other options if the last week of May arrives and you haven’t heard back from GU.
I feel like they are straight up accept people with the stats to get in straight out of high school. I don’t feel confident applying next year but I think I have a chance
@EconDon23 if you don’t get in, the military will be happy to accept your high school stats
@EconDon23 A guy with a 3.6 was accepted
Did anybody get their decisions today?
Probably not until later today @dhdidnd . I feel like Tuesday’s/Thursday’s are days that more acceptances get sent out
Yeah he did and I’m happy for everyone that got accepted, but if you look at their stats, they all have APs 3 SAT II Sucject Tests, and stats that are strong that can get them straight in on a freshman year application . I would join the military but my parents wouldn’t let me because they’re scared for me lol @Robinyoursoul
^Uh huh.
I’m going to hold back on this one… haha
But, I really hope today is the day! I’m eager, to say the least
