I got waitlisted too… do they just barely reject people? This is not inspiring much confidence at all…
So does anyone know if they notify you on July 15th or if they sometimes let you know before?
Is it too late to change the College I applied to? I applied to MSB but the College has my major. Is it worth trying to switch to increase my chances of getting in?

Could everyone post stats? Its annoying when all we do is ask people for stats and they just post decisions…

@SallyByGravenor Yeah I’d say it’s too late. Granted the essays for MSB and the college are different too, it would mean having to do a totally different application which is long overdue.

@HopefullyIGetIn dude you got into Vanderbilt? If they’re asking for a deposit soon I’d do it, I wouldn’t wait around for GU much longer. From what I know being waitlisted means you’re at the mercy of admitted students deciding to go to another school rather than GU leaving a spot vacant for waitlisted students. Vanderbilt is an amazing school.

I am opting to attend Berkeley, as I got into their undergraduate business program. I assume by the # of waitlists that Georgetown really wants to fill those 190 slots.

It seems like they have a very long waitlist. Like I didn’t see too many people who were denied
I wonder how competitive this waitlist will be…ouch.
Do you know how many people made it off the waiting list last year?
@emprsng In 2014, the admission committee said they didn’t expect anyone would get of the waitlist.

from the looks of it one person got off the waitlist last year but more could have gotten off and not posted on the thread. I didn’t see any from 2015 that got off the waitlist but there may have been some
