Georgetown Majors!!!

After graduating from college I plan on going to medical school, I plan on either majoring in biochemistry, biophysics, or molecular biology (defenitely not premed) or double majoring in 2 of the 3. Which is best for medical school preparation? If Georgetown offers this as a major how does its program compare to other schools? I'm open to all opinions.

If you want to go to medical school, you need to be involved in pre-med. All this is, is a set curriculum of about 8 courses that need to be taken in order to get into medical school. The courses are: a year of bio, two years of chem (one year organic), one year of physics, and a year of english. You also meet with people to discuss your progress. The pre-med committee then sends a recommendation to med schools on your behalf.

In terms of your major, its up to you. I'm doing biology next year at Georgetown. Read each course description and requirements and decide which courses interest you most.
