<p>hey ive been some research and have come up with a few questions that i havent been able to find an answer to. </p>

<li>im interested in both SFS and McDonough but cant find any info about avg transfer gpas for the specific schools</li>
<li>i know there are prerecs that should already be completed at your original school but i cant find a specific list. what are they for SFS and McDonough?</li>

Students in the School of Foreign Service complete a multi-disciplinary core curriculum during their first two years of study. Many of these liberal arts requirements can be completed before entering SFS, so students should familiarize themselves with our program as they select courses at their home university. Particular emphasis should be placed upon the completion of course work in a modern foreign language and on completing Microeconomics and Macroeconomics (courses that cover both Micro and Macroeconomics in a single quarter/semester will not be accepted for transfer credit).</p>

<p>Students should consider completing courses in general subjects, such as English, History, and Philosophy, and leaving specific international affairs courses for completion at Georgetown.</p>

<p>Students should select courses with their current degree requirements in mind and with the permission of their advisor, in order to remain in good standing at their home university.
