<p>I know how u feel. It sucks being one of those people not getting an acceptance e-mail. But I’m sure not all of the acceptance e-mails were sent out today. The fact that there’s only around 170 spots available out of 1600 applicants and every applicant that’s been accepted has had high SAT’s scores means there’s no shot in hell I’m getting in lol. But you never know, you may be part of a second wave of acceptance e-mails that could be sent out.</p>

I just talked with someone at admissions. They checked with one of the admissions officers and told me that “As the Admissions Committees continue to review applicants, they will make decisions and send out more decisions.” So, as Flowerhead said before, these aren’t the only decisions.
Again, good luck everyone, there’s still hope for the rest of us.</p>

<p>Just to remind everyone, as flowerhead said, if 170 spots are available, they will accept more than 170 applicants. Some people will end up going elsewhere, just like with freshman admissions. I’m not sure how much more they will accept, but definitely more than 170 - so don’t feel as though that’s the definite number.</p>

<p>It’s completely possible that they won’t release any more decisions via email. Those might have just been the “sure thing” candidates. I have a feeling (based on what, I’m not sure) that we’ll all get letters, regardless of whether or not we’re in or out.</p>
<p>But that’s just my hypothesis. It just seems like if they had made all of their decisions, they would have told all of the admitted applicants via email. It’s so easy and fast, so I have a feeling they’re not completely done yet.</p>
<p>This wait is gonna be even worst then I thought…</p>
<p>Yeah, I really wish they would release all decisions at the same time. Even if it means waiting until June. The second people start hearing back, the apprehension level goes through the roof.</p>
