i still haven’t heard anything from georgetown college 
I know several people have been admitted and sometimes at odd hours. Does Georgetown do a big release on any given day, or does it just trickle little by little?

I was admitted to SFS for International Politics today at 9:48 EST! Waited anxiously these past few weeks…it’s such a random process.
What’re these timings and notifications lol…waiting sucks

I applied as a Math major to GC and still waiting to hear back. I had a missing document that they emailed me about on the 28th and then they received it on the 28th. So I’m hoping I hear something soon. Anyone else a math major on here?

wait so if we haven’t heard back until now or next week maybe it would for sure be a rejection or waitlist??? it’s been a while and i got decisions for their school of continuing studies already, i need a decision 
I applied as a philosophy and English major and haven’t heard anything either
@30bakpia previously it looked like most acceptances were within the first three weeks. But this year there seems to be no type of pattern at all so I don’t think relying on previous trends is helpful. We’ll have to wait and see. I submitted my application late but there are others who submitted on time and still haven’t heard back. ??♀️
yeah i submitted on time and haven’t heard anything even after asking for the early read which they said they’d give me lol
@ebeckins2020 they didn’t give you an approximate date or follow up with your request at all?
Do you guys think there are more McDonough acceptances coming out or they’re done?
@SatanFlower69 i emailed them on like april 29th or 30th and they replied the next morning, saying they will provide me with my decision or at least what they are leaning towards for my decision within the next few days. i thought the latest i’d have to wait was till may 8th, giving them a full week to tell me something. i even told them i’d have to commit to another school by may 15th and to this day i never heard from them again. which is why it felt super frustrating to see that other people got their admissions decisions to georgetown college in that timeframe but they never bothered to tell me anything and i submitted all my materials before the deadline. the only other school that’s being this frustrating is vanderbilt. i’ve heard back from every other college i applied to. i don’t mean to sound mean or complain-y i just feel so annoyed by the transfer process rn
@ebeckins2020 no I totally get it. Georgetown and Vanderbilt are the last on my list. Super frustrating that they both do things in waves and don’t seem to have much consideration for transfers. Also waiting on GC.

Has anyone gotten their financial aid package yet? I wonder how they’re going to meet the majority of need this year especially for transfer students. I was accepted but with a low EFC so they better not expect me to pay a crazy amount lol
I know there have been some admits, but has anyone been declined so far? Or do the declines just come out in bulk on June 1st?
