Deferred

My daughter was deferred. Bummed that she doesn’t already know but not feeling discouraged.

Deferred also. So tough because they only take 10 percent of deferred

Where did you get this info? I tried to find that statistic, but wasn’t able to.

Thanks

It was in the letter itself. The percentages that they did last year.

Did everyone’s letter say they would take legacy into account for regular decision? I thought it was a weird thing to say

No my son’s didn’t. I don’t think.

Ok thanks for letting me know. I don’t know if it’s just something they say to legacies who are deferred

Mine said that, too. My Mom is an alum

For anyone who was deferred, did your student send a letter of continued interest? I don’t see any guidance on the portal.

Yes. They’ll never tell you to do it so its entirely at your discretion but I have always read its a good idea with a deferral. I’m sure others have different thoughts and both are probably valid. LOL. Who knows, right? But, we did.

Did you upload something to the portal or just send an email
