Is it possible for me to get into Georgia Tech BME, and possible with some scholarship?

GPA unweighted: 3.89
ACT: 36
AP: 5 on Psych, Bio, Calc BC, Stats, 4 on APUSH
Taking AP Chem, AP Spanish, AP Gov, AP Econ this year
Extra curriculars: Captain of Varsity Boys swimming freshman year, VP of medical explorers program, did an internship at Stanford over the summer(not SIMR), officer of Student Doctors Club at school, Online Editor for school newspaper, and a few more things.

Also, would it help if I applied EA?

Your stats are great, and I think GIT is a match for you. Applying EA will help a lot.
