I’m not checking for the pay now button. I didn’t have it for EA and got deferred and it freaked me out all night that I didn’t have it so I’m just going to wait for tomorrow.
I’ve had it since late October. I applied EA then got deferred.
All good, I got deferred EA as well. I understand.
You could get surprised. I checked on a whim and it was there. Still hope it means acceptance.
@yungkaviar what do you think? 35 ACT 1530 SAT, 4.97 GPA, OOS female applying for aerospace engineering. some cool extracurriculars including making a site for my school, classes for two summers at hopkins, pres of nhs, rocketry club, cs competition club, in the cast of all of my school’s musicals, some regional awards, etc. deferred EA.
Also applied AeroE. You obviously have the stats. I say go for it. If you do check, could you please report here? Say if you applied for aid, have the button, deferred, all that good stuff.

For what it’s worth, I just checked my son’s portal. After clicking the FinAid tab, the following links are shown
-My requirements and eligibility
-My loan application history
-Federal shopping sheet
-Student authorization
That’s it. No award letter, no pay now button.
He was deferred EA with ACT (36/36/36/36), SAT 1590, SAT M2 800, BioM 780, 4.0 UW, 4.81W, 12 APs with 5s on all tests. Good ECs but not so much STEM related.
Could be a good sign for some of you.
@jgladney the pay now button is seen under the “personal information” or “student services & financial aid” tabs. You do not have to click the actual financial aid link to see the pay now button.
That makes me feel worse about it those are crazy stats…

That ‘pay now’ button would’ve looked so good. Bummed out as GT was my top choice. Congrats to all those who would get accepted tomorrow

Do you guys have a dot in the blank area under admissions that links to an email because I have no idea what that is
I have removed the name with …but it is going to blank so my denial is on way .I do not thing SAT /ACT super score works . It is myth.
I can rip this application apart but my stats is low and heading to Texas ANM CS and possibly looking for transfer next year
