Hey yall, im curious if you guys click pay now does it redirect you anywhere? I saw a comment that soemone’s redirected to a blank page but my friend and i are redirected to some georgiatech payment site. Unfortuently the comment was made 17 days ago so this might be a recent addition but im curious if anyone else is facing either a blankj page or a payment page
Are you redirected to a page that says " Payments There is no activity on this account at this time."?

i messaged the person who got redirected to the blank page, if he responds and gets to the same page as us then this means nothing
I’m unable to register for classes in oscar. Can anyone else do the same?
Of course you can’t register for classes. That is not even close to be opened for next fall.
I mean, for me it displays “not authorized” instead of some message telling me that I can’t register for classes yet. Maybe it is different for other students?

As someone familiar with these college portals (I work in the industry), you are all reading too much into them. The platforms have built-in sections (class registration, payment, etc.). These are standard features. Many tabs and links only go live once your status has changed to accept.

Apparently you can see your decision letter ID string (but not the decision letter itself) if you go to https://application.gatech.edu/apply/update and monitor the network activity. There should be a ping to mx.technolutions.net with your ID in the URL.

How do you monitor network activity?
Inspect element, and then there should be a tab called “Network” on both Firefox and Chrome (disclaimer: I only tested this on Firefox). If you go to it, click “Disable Cache” on Firefox and reload, or go to the reload button on Chrome, hold it down until you see an option to empty cache and reload, and click on it.

What will the decision letter id tell?
You can see if it’s your lucky number I guess;)
Based on my experience with other portals, when you click on “view decision” it will redirect you to https://application.gatech.edu/apply/update?id=(decision letter ID)
If you go to that page right now, it will say “Not found”, but there a chance it will update a few hours before decisions.
