get a job with a C.S degree?

Hey guys,
I am just wondering if it would be easy to get a job with a B.S in Computer Science at Georgia Tech?

yes, but it will be pretty easy at most other schools too, if you know your stuff.

Georgia Tech graduates’ results here:
[Georgia Institute of Technology :: Salary Reports](<a href=“Georgia Tech | External Redirect Landing Page”>Georgia Tech | External Redirect Landing Page)

For the fall 2010 survey, 23 (74.20%) of 31 CS bachelor’s degree graduates were employed, with a median pay of $61,500 per year. For the spring 2010 survey, 33 (63.50%) of 52 CS bachelor’s degree graduates were employed, with a median pay of $61,000 per year.

In the fall it seemed like there was a career fair in Klaus every week, with Google, Facebook, Yahoo, NSA, CIA, etc. stopping by. GT’s CS dept has a very strong reputation with employers, and building its reputation in academia slowly but surely.

The CS job market is really hot right now, especially if you’re willing to move to the west coast.

Graduating with a C.S. degree from GT is about the closest you can get to having a job handed to you on a silver platter.
