<p>the only way you could get away with it is if your major is not impacted AND it is not a prereq/igetc AND you have 60+ units without it</p>

<p>hmm. one of my friend who was in chemistry major last year… she got rescinded, cuz what happend to her is… she got 2xC, 1B, 1W 1 none credit… which the W is her major preq course… but she made it through on appear</p>
<p>i got into ucla as a psych major with a D in cc for a class that was not a major requirement (pre calc). although, i also had to wait two years to be able to have it removed from my gpa calculation as well</p>
