Getting a Transcript...still paying Tuition

I have a job I was hired for, a really great teaching gig. The downside is both my employer and the state Department of Education need official transcripts. I am currently a graduate student with one more class I am retaking this next semester. I having been trying to pay off this semester’s tuition and an old fee but haven’t finished paying it off yet, therefore I have a registration and transcript hold on my account. The funny thing is this job pays enough that I could pay off my previous balance and the new balance within three months, max. What are the chances of the university working out a payment deal with me so I can get my transcript and register for this one class?

Update: have a payment plan going with the university. However they won’t let me register for classes until the balance is paid off. They will also do a one-time deal on transcripts if my employer sends in a request. The university says that this employer has sent in requests multiple times in the past, the employer says it has never sent in a request and it’s not policy to do so. So now caught in a catch-22.
