<p>I live in Pakistan and want to get my application fees waived off since I can hardly afford them. But I don’t know what to do/where I can get them. Can anyone help me out? I’m submitting applications online, if that makes any difference. I’m a US citizen, if that makes any difference too.</p>

<p>being a us citizen makes no difference, what so ever . all u have to do is send them an email, and voila. your bump hurt me.</p>
