<p>Yes, you must either get close to a 4.0 for the rest of your time at undergrad and possibly do sometime off afterward. You can also retake some of your classes and apply to DO (DOs are MDs with different initials. You can be a neurosurgeon or whatever else you wish) schools, which will replace your old grade with the new one.</p>
